How to keep our body healthy?
First, we must eat a variety of food from each level of the Food Guide Pyramid. It provides how and what we take the meal in each level. It is good for us to keep our body healthy so that we did not take too much oily food and others. The food that we eat most are cereals and cereal product which contains carbohydrates, protein, vitamin, calcium and iron. The food that we eat least such as fat, oil, sugar and salt which may cause cancer, heart attack, diabetes and others.
Second, we must exercise regularly for healthy lifestyle. At free time, we must exercise three to four times in a week within 15 to 20 minutes. Besides it can keep our body healthy, it also can keep diet. Through exercise, we not need to take any medicine for keep diet.
